String Halter Top in Crinkle Cotton
The String Halter Top is one size and is adjustable at the neck and waistband. Comfortably slide the fabric along the string to add more or less coverage at the neck and bust. This fabric is a light-medium weight and picks up dye beautifully. The slight crinkled texture adds depth to the garment and stays through washing/dyeing.
