US domestic shipping

We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

All orders placed will be shipped within 7 business days unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

International shipping

returns

We only accept returns on items that are not unworn, unwashed, and if the item(s) arrive not structurally sound. Examples of this include: rips, open seams, stains.

Returns will only be processed if we receive an email with a photograph of the item. Returns are only granted if we are notified within 3 days of you receiving your goods.

Return Labels will be paid for by Shiro Goods and sent via email. We ship our goods in reusable packages (recyclable poly bags) that need to be kept for returns. If you dispose of your packaging, you are responsible for finding return packaging.

We charge a restocking fee of $5 per item, which will need to be paid prior to us receiving the goods. Thank you for your understanding.
